BANK ACCOUNT OPENING

This is done as a requirement in meeting up Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) registration. Our specialists are on hand to ensure your application is successful at the first attempt.

Reg and Ren offers business bank account opening service for only GHS600.00 for non-Ghanaian Citizens. Once the account is opened, you are provided the account number and cheque book. Bank account can be opened in multiple currencies like Ghana Cedis, Euros, Pound Sterling, US Dollars, etc.

The process takes approximately 24 hours to complete once all requirements are met by client. The bank account(s) are activated after the first deposit transaction.
The following details will be needed to commence:

    • Copy of the Passport of Director(s) and all other signatories to the account.
    • Work and or residence Permit duly signed from the Director of Immigration.
    • Proofs of residence (utility bills from at least, last 3 months).
    • 2 passport sized photograph.
    • Valid Non-citizens ID Card.
    • Copies of all registration documents.

    • Please note:
    Proof of residence is required only if you are resident in Ghana. All non-resident Director(s) are not required to provide this.
    If the company is older than 12 months, a certified copy of annual returns from the Registrar Generals Department may be required.
    Depending on the bank of choice, there may be other requirements to be met.
    As soon as the payment for bank account opening service is received, you will be sent a bank account opening application form, to be filled in and signed by company director and secretary. Please ensure that you send the filled in form along with the required documents to Reg and Ren as soon as possible.
